CITY TO HONOR CANCER VICTIMS WITH COMMEMORATIVE BANNERS The Rolling Meadows Cancer Awareness Committee is moving forward with an initiative to honor residents who are battling cancer, or have died from it, through the display of commemorative banners in downtown Rolling Meadows. Banners will hang in downtown Rolling Meadows from April - October in 2010 and 2011. The City will then present the banners to the families that purchased them.
