Dog Licenses
Every person who owns or keeps a dog within the City of Rolling Meadows - including residents with Palatine mailing addresses - must purchase a dog license and inoculate their pet against rabies. If you have a pet on file with the City, you will be mailed a pre-printed application June 1st to use when purchasing your dog tag online, in-person, by mail or the City Hall white drop box.  You may purchase your dog license at the same time you purchase your vehicle stickers.

If you prefer, you may mail your pre-printed application to City Hall, use the City Hall white drop box located in the parking lot, or in person at City Hall, 3600 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows.  You may also request an application at (847) 394-8500 or click on Dog License Application

Dog Licenses are on sale throughout the year at City Hall. To update your pet's records, email us at vs@cityrm.org, or call (847) 394-8500. You may also fax over changes to (847) 394-8710.

Fees
Dog license fees are as follows:

  •   Spayed or neutered dogs - $5.00
  •   Non-spayed or neutered dogs - $10.00
  •   Late fee - $10.00
